Opinion by Timothy Knight
As a national 2nd Amendment advocate, former NRA Board Director, and NRA whistleblower, I am proud to endorse Theresa Inacker for a seat on the NRA Board of Directors.
Theresa brings a profound understanding of fiduciary duty, an aspect that is critically lacking in the current composition of the NRA board. Her extensive legal background, with over 24 years of practice and admission to multiple prestigious courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States, equips her uniquely to handle the complex responsibilities of board governance.
Vote YES for Outsider Theresa Inacker
Her work in New Jersey and nationwide showcases her capability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups. As the New Jersey State Director for Women for Gun Rights (DC Project) and a Trustee of the Executive Board for The Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners (CNJFO), Theresa has demonstrated her commitment to Second Amendment advocacy. Her legal analyses, particularly her publication in ScotusBlog on the Bruen decision, highlight her deep understanding of constitutional law as it pertains to firearms rights.
Theresa’s recognition with the United States Air Force Meritorious Civilian Service Medal further attests to her dedication and excellence in service. Her ability to recover millions in liability cases for the military healthcare system speaks volumes about her competence in financial oversight, a key aspect of fiduciary responsibility.

Moreover, Theresa’s personal commitment to Second Amendment rights is evident through her lifestyle as a “Security Mom” and her active participation in shooting sports and hunting.
Her engagement with public discourse through various media platforms like Fox News, CNN Town Hall, and her contributions to gun-related publications, underscores her influence and commitment to educating others about gun rights.
Theresa Inacker is a proven leader, advocate, and educator whose expertise is desperately needed on the NRA board to ensure that the organization adheres to the highest standards of fiduciary duty and governance. Her election would mark a significant step towards revitalizing the NRA’s commitment to its members and the principles it stands for.
